Thought that I would put this in just as an explanation for this blog:

I created this blog strictly as an outlet for expressing my thoughts, emotions and opinion as my husband and I began the journey in considering adoption and as we currently are pursuing it.

All resources, companies, entities, etc. mentioned are solely through of my own experience in researching and seeking them out and in no way was I approached to 'advertise'. However, I will gladly share my opinion and recommedations for these resources if asked.

Some of my writing or comments you come across may sound harsh, mean spirited and sometimes may be hard to read, but please understand that I've written what I feel or was feeling at that moment and I feel they do not necessarily reflect who I am as a person. If you are reading this blog and are also considering adoption, perhaps reading this might help you identify with some things you are experiencing or will maybe open the door to some things you haven't considered.

All in all, it is my goal to continue this blog through our journey and beyond; if not for a journaled legacy to give to our future children, but to look back as how I have and will change as a person and as a mom.
